Style: Techno / Tech-House
"Die Raumzeit Architekten" consists of Mathias Teichmann aka "The Electronic Advance", also known as "Mathew Brabham", and Daniel Freiberg aka "Dan Chi", also known as "Klangstoerung".
Mathias was born in 1980 in Jena. He started to experiment with music programs at the age of thirteen. Then, in 1996, he and a friend went public with their live act NO-VATION, followed by their first live gigs. They were able to gather stage experience at events which they organized themselves. Mathias established his first label in 2009 called the "City of Drums", which also launched his solo production "The Electronic Advance" and "Mathew Brabham". His first single, "Munich Airport", appeared in 2010 under the pseudonym "The Electronic Advance". "Electro Funk" placed in the iTunes charts in Kenya and was there for 10 months.
Daniel was also born in 1980, when electronic music was still in its infancy. One could describe him as someone who practiced from early on in order to make it big. He had already worked as a DJ with electronic music in the 90's. First he formed "Hoersturz" with a few friends before going onstage. After a few years, he established the "m.a.f.i.a." club in Erfurt. Around the same time, he also launched the DJ community "Schalldruck-Music". In 2010 he released his first single "Missing Part" as "Dan Chi" with "Synonym Records". In 2014, after 14 releases and a vast number of remix releases, he decided to start his own music label called "Schalldruck-Music Records" with Miss Vim. Four months later, the sub-label "Tonwandler Records" was created by both of them.
Mathias & Daniel met by chance in 2017 on the internet. At first they remixed for each other for various projects. Then, in 2018, they had the idea to start a project together. Their first release "Der Kleine Muck" quickly appeared with "Evosonic Records" and was number 56 on the "Beatport Hype Charts". Next followed the single "Konstrukt" released by "BluFin Records".
One can only wait in anticipation of where the journey of the two "Raumzeit Architekten" will go next.
